Technical logs

The website does not create a personal analytics profile or use tracking pixels for advertising.

Hosting and network security services may process technical logs to deliver pages, maintain availability, investigate errors and prevent abuse.

Rising Pixel does not use these logs to build advertising audiences or make decisions about you.

Cookies and browser storage

The current website does not intentionally place optional analytics, advertising or social cookies.

The site uses the URL path to represent your language. It does not need a cookie to remember that choice.

Hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technical cookies or similar mechanisms. Portfolio video embeds may also use technologies controlled by their provider.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect site availability or embedded content.

Cloudflare infrastructure

Cloudflare, Inc. provides network delivery, caching and security services for the website.

Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request metadata, browser and device information, traffic data and security events while providing those services.

Cloudflare processes customer log data on behalf of its customers in the relevant service context. Its own privacy practices are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

YouTube video embeds

Some portfolio pages include videos loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com.

When the player loads or you interact with it, Google or YouTube may receive request, device and viewing information. Privacy-enhanced mode reduces the use of cookies, but YouTube remains a third-party service.

YouTube handles that activity under Google's Privacy Policy. Rising Pixel does not control the data collected by the player.

Recipients and international transfers

We may share personal data with service providers that help us host, secure and deliver the website, or with public authorities when the law requires it.

Cloudflare and YouTube may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on a legally recognised mechanism and the safeguards described in the relevant provider terms.

Rising Pixel does not sell personal data or share it with advertisers for audience targeting.

How long we keep data

We keep technical records only for as long as needed to operate the website, protect it and investigate security or reliability issues.

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry. We may retain relevant records longer when required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Service providers may apply their own retention periods under their contracts and policies.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure.

No internet transmission is completely secure. If you believe your data has been exposed through this website, contact us promptly at info@risingpixel.com.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set by applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we process personal data about you and provide access to it.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete data when the law requires or permits it.
  • Restrict processing in the circumstances recognised by law.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Receive data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where portability applies.
  • Withdraw consent at any time when we rely on consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Requests and complaints

Send a rights request to info@risingpixel.com. Please explain the request and provide enough information for us to verify your identity.

We normally respond within one month. We may extend that period when a request is complex, and we will explain the reason.

You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), through www.aepd.es.

Automated decisions and profiling

Rising Pixel does not use personal data collected through this website for solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Children's data

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal data.

If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact info@risingpixel.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, its providers or applicable requirements change.

We will publish the current version on this page and update the date shown above. Please check this page periodically for changes.
