Our engagement was to produce a complete assessment of all environments in order to discover points of failure and lack of performance.

• The first task was to enhance performance for VM (both frontend and backend) which are used to compute the real-time data. The tuning that has been made has increased the performance by a 6x factor.
• A Vrealize server has been installed in order to monitor the Vmware environment.
• We have also tuned XenServer environment.
• The Disaster Recovery of the Vmware environment has been reengineered using the Vmware Site.
• Recovery Manager.

All cluster in Microsoft environment has been tuned in order to improve availability.
